For all products purchased and solutions offered, we will initiate the refund only if you had not got the license key from us. ExlCart' products are downloadable/receivable software, and refund will not be issued if we had sent the files/license keys. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing from our site. Money can't be refunded, Once we sent the code to our client or installed the code in his server.

The responsibility of setting up the server belongs to the customer. We will be responsible for installation only on some exceptional occasions - however, the responsibility of both setting up of the server and the installation will have to be done by the customer.

We collect information about our web visitors indirectly through our Internet access logs. When you access ExlCart, the browser's domain name and Internet address is automatically collected and placed in our Internet access logs. We use this information to learn about which sections, pages and information web site visitors accessed.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place and we will consider those if it is reasonable for refund.

We Will Consider The Following Situations For Refund:

  • Files Not Received: If you have not received the files due to mailing issues, you are requested to seek assistance from our technical team. Or if you wish to get the refund, then "claim for non-delivery" must be submitted to us in writing within 3 days from purchase. Otherwise, the product will be considered as received/downloaded.
  • Not Able to Unzip: If you are not able to unzip the files, should seek assistance from our technical team or should claim for refund within 3 days for consideration of the refund.
  • Functionality Defects: If any of the features is not working as described in the site, then it should be reported to the technical team for rectification of the same for free. Or claim for refund should be submitted within 3 days.
  • Support Issues: If the customer is not getting technical assistance response consecutively for more than 4 business days, then the customer is entitled for refund.

    If client halts work and applies for a refund in between the development; work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of $10, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above.

    We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve the quality of service. Refunds are being processed after 30 days from the refund request. Upon refund client must destroy all copies of the software that client may have made or stored in any place. The software must be uninstalled from any computers owned and/or controlled by client. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software is an infringement of “Exlcart” copyright and other intellectual property rights.

    If the money pays through Paypal, the client has to bear the commission fee.

    Note: We are not responsible for the changes done by the client, or some one. If there are any issues raised due to this problem, we will fix it at an additional cost.
